The laminates are then glued to the form. I use a layer of thick cardboard and 1 or 2 scrap laminates between the glue-up and the clamping cauls to help distribute pressure evenly. The glue is a special 2-part glue with a longer working time that forms a very rigid glue line. Paper protects the bench from drips.
